The CS-105 from TCS sets a new benchmark for performance. When paired with a UWT-100 throttle, it delivers unparalleled operational ease. Unlike its competitors, the CS-105 features a "Soft Start" and adjustable short-circuit detection for the mainline, significantly reducing the risk of damaging sensitive decoders. Forget digging through dense manuals; the intuitive configuration interface is easily accessed through your TCS throttle, letting you spend less time troubleshooting and more time running your trains.

Power Supply Selection

Choosing the right voltage depends on your modeling scale and desired top speeds:

• 12V Supply: Ideal for Z, N, and TT scales. It is also suitable for HO layouts.

• 15V Supply: Recommended for HO modelers who want higher top speeds, such as those running bullet trains or high-speed passenger lines. Regardless of your choice, both power supplies provide a steady 5 Amperes of continuous current for 24/7 operation.

Small Package; Big Power

Don't let the size fool you—the CS-105 is a powerhouse. It features a user-defined short-circuit algorithm and a genuine 5A continuous output. While other systems might struggle at peak loads, the CS-105 maintains full power indefinitely. Furthermore, its intelligent packet handler and advanced "stack" management allow it to control up to 260 locomotives (solo or consisted) simultaneously.

Auxiliary Boosters

If your layout demands more than 5 Amps, expansion is easy. Use the LCC-enabled B-106 auxiliary booster to increase capacity while maintaining your RailCom® network. If you already have an existing setup, the CS-105 can integrate with Lenz, NCE, Digitrax, and other systems using our optional Booster Adapter (sold separately).

Multiple Connection Modes

The CS-105 is remarkably flexible:

• Standalone: Acts as its own WiFi access point for throttles like the UWT-50.

• Networked: Connects to an external router to expand your network and increase throttle capacity.

• Wired: Supports LCC Can Bus throttles like the LT-50 and T-50.

• Cross-Platform: The "Aux Cabs" jack allows you to use throttles from NCE, Ramtraxx, and SystemOne. You can even interface with Digitrax throttles or a PC using the RR-CirKits LCC-LocoNet Gateway.

Consisting

We’ve removed the frustration from consisting. The CS-105 features a streamlined interface that allows you to build, edit, or dissolve consists in seconds. With unique configuration options, your multi-engine lash-ups will behave more realistically than ever—without the hours of tedious setup.

Full-Text Menus

Configure your system with ease via a TCS throttle or JMRI. Every setting is presented in clear, full-text phrases—no cryptic codes or manuals required. If you get stuck, simply press the [?] button on your TCS throttle for an instant description of any menu item.
